Fried slices of white bread with fish

Ingredients
200 g of white bread
vegetable oil
4 anchovy fillets or sardines or boiled eggs
# Sauce:
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
3 peppers
2-3 olives
1 onion
1 sprig parsley
1 tsp mustard
Method
Slices of white bread, thick mitts, cut into pieces with a length of 7 cm width 4 cm. Of lemon juice, vinegar, vegetable oil, chopped stewed peppers, olives, onion, parsley and mustard sauce is made. Pieces of bread fried in oil, pour the sauce and place on each half or whole sardines, egg or toast. Top sandwiches are flooded with remaining sauce.
