Fritters with apples and wine

Ingredients
4 apples
30 g chopped walnuts
30 g bananas
200 ml white wine
puff pastry
Method
Apples Peel and carve. Banana cut into small pieces and mixed with the walnuts. With teachings mixture is filled carved apples. On the filling is poured wine. Bake 10 minutes at 180 C. From the dough and make small circles in the middle of them put on a baked apple. Wrap up, here and there, dough circles are deep scratches. Bake for 10 minutes. Finished fritters are served cold.
