Gratin potatoes and leeks

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
2 leeks onion
30 g butter
1 roasted red pepper
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tbsp flour
50 g cheese
3-4 sprigs of dill
breadcrumbs for sprinkling
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Place in a glass pot, pour 1/3 cup water (enough to cover the bottom) and cook in microwave on full power 8-9 minutes. Cut the leek into in small pieces and stew on low heat in a saucepan with the lid with pre-heated butter. Sprinkle with flour, add the chopped pepper, thyme and salt and diluted with milk. Boil the potatoes are covered with the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese, chopped dill and breadcrumbs.
