Ingredients
600-800 g veal leg, topside or apple
4 tbsp flour
200 g ham
2 sarfaladi or sausages
8-12 mushrooms
2 pickles
2 red peppers
4 onions
40 g butter
frying fat
salt
paprika
Method
Cleaned from membranes and cut into slices meat add salt, add some flour and fry in very hot oil. Remove to a warm plate and sprinkle with paprika. In the fat from frying sauté chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms, ham and sarfaladi. Add pickles and the mixture is spread over cutlets. Place and the butter, cut into flakes.
