Gyuvetch Nettle

Ingredients
1 kg nettle
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
200 g feta cheese (cottage cheese)
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
5 eggs
1/2 tsp (3 g) red pepper
garlic
salt
Method
In fat stew until golden coloring chopped onion. Add red pepper and cleaned, washed with hot water and finely chopped nettles. Stew gently and mix with finely chopped tomatoes, the cottage cheese, rice and chopped garlic. The mixture is poured hot water or milk (to cover), pour into pan and put in the oven. On the dish before it is fully cooked, are broken by low egg to remain intact. The dish is served with yogurt. Eggs can be added to the mixture, instead of roasted over its surfaces.
