Ice cream with almonds

Ingredients
1.25 liters of milk
8 yolks
15 tbsp caster sugar
5 tbsp almond flour
5 tbsp sweet cream
Method
Is broken yolks with the sugar and add to heated milk on fire. Stir be thickened and leave to cool. Mix flour with cream and almonds, then the ice cream is placed in the chamber for 1-2 hours.
