Ingredients
          1.5 kg fish ilariya
          5-6 sprigs lovage
          1 cup white wine
          75 g butter
          2 cloves garlic

          2 lemons
          1 onion

          Method
              Fish is cleared, salted and left to stand for several hours (maybe all night). The butter was left at room temperature to soften and mixed with the crushed garlic and finely chopped lovage. Tomatoes, onions and lemons cut into thin slices.   On a piece Greased foil are placed next to one another slice of tomato, onion and lemon, which serve as a bed for the fish.
