Italian chicken with ham, basil and beans

Ingredients
8 chicken thighs without skin
1 large bunch of basil
8 slices of Prague ham
2 tbsp olive oil
2 whole heads of garlic
800 g tomatoes (smaller)
175 ml dry wine
400 g of canned beans, drained
sunflower oil
Method
Legs are seasoned with salt and pepper. On each leg ranks 3-4 basil leaves and wrap each with ham, leaving the ends tucked underneath. Heat the oven to 160 C. Two stove heated pan with sunflower oil. Place a chicken in the pan and fry 4 minutes until the ham is crisp and golden chicken. The same is repeated on the other side of the legs. Garlic heads halve cross in the middle. Tomatoes cut in half. Chicken is placed in the oven and when the meat turns brown to brown on both sides add tomatoes, basil and half the wine. Add salt to taste and cover the pan with oil fsunflower and returned to the oven for another 40 minutes. The tray is removed, the temperature is increased to 220 C, is removed fthe oil and add the beans in sauce with tomatoes. Bake 30 minutes, until the tomatoes, beans, garlic and chicken begin to roast the edges, and the meat becomes tender. Before serving sprinkle with remaining basil.
