Jam currant

Ingredients
1.5 kg currant
1.5 kg sugar
1 tsp citric acid
3 cups water
Method
Gets cooked syrup of sugar and water. Add cleaned and washed currants and continue to boil until ready. Before you remove from heat, add citric acid. Mix and immediately packed into warm jars. May be sterilized for 5-8 minutes.
