Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
2 chicken legs coated with seasoning for chicken
8-10 ready dolmas
2-3 chops coated with seasoning for meats
smoked brisket
200-300 g mushrooms
2 heads onion
sunflower oil
1/2 cup white wine
hard dough
Method
At the bottom of the ring casseroles put minced meat cabbage, enough to cover the bottom. Place a leg with spices at will. Top is placed around the cabbage leaves. The dolmas on it again and cabbage leaves. Then steak with spices optional, several pieces of smoked brisket and fried, chopped onions with mushrooms. Screw back with cabbage leaves. Pour a little sunflower oil and 1 cup water and wine. Replace the lid by mortar dough. Place in a very hot oven. After 15-20 minutes reduced and cook over low heat for 2-3 hours.
