The meat is cut into pieces and stew with a little sunflower oil and water for about an hour. Transfer to a ring casseroles. Add chopped onion and in large pieces carrot, mushrooms, tomatoes, spices and 2 cups water. Cover with the lid and bake half an hour at 200 C. Serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes.

Bravo, very nice recipe, and the pictures are amazing. Bravo, Maggie.

Thank Rossi :)

hour and a half baking at 200C think that is very in meat stew for an hour before.

Not really, because the time which I have written is the inclusion of the oven - ceramic vessels are placed in a cold oven. The meal generally begins to boil only after 40-50 minnuti.

It was very tasty. Thank you, Maggie. And that baking time is enough.

thank Desi, similarly prepare and other meat dishes in casseroles.

It was very tasty kavarma!

2 a. L. Flour for what? He is not mentioned in *Preparation*.

Flour away with a little water, add in a pot to thicken the sauce. I failed to write;)
