Ingredients
1.6 kg pork loin
100 g butter
20 g salt
pepper
200 ml sunflower oil

50 ml wine
450 g boiled brains
500 g mushrooms
60 g flour
pepper, parsley, savory, lovage, cumin
300 g canned tomatoes
250 ml liquor
Method
Fillet is formed, released from the skin and the incision is made. Seasoned with salt, pepper and lightly fry in heated oil.
