Ingredients
          1 kg lamb chitterlings
          100 g butter
          1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
          salt
          pepper

          Method
              Lamb chitterlings washed in plenty of water, pay and washed again while rubbing with salt to remove slimy parts. Twisted on shallow and steamed in boiling water. Remove, sprinkle with salt, red and black pepper and place in a baking dish. Braid on the intestine put in the chopped butter. Bake on medium high heat until ready. Serve warm, cut across.
