Lamb chitterlings in the oven - III type

Ingredients
lamb chitterlings
70 g butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
50 ml wine
50 ml broth
salt, red pepper, black pepper
Method
Chitterlings turned on inside , washed well and twisted braid. Boil in salted water. Remove and put in a baking dish. Sprinkle with red and black pepper, add pieces of butter, pour broth and wine, tomato paste and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
