Lamb roll

Ingredients
1 kg lamb chest
1 lamb shoulder
300 g liver
kidney 2
1 bunch fresh mint
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch spring onions
salt, pepper, paprika

Method
Spend carefully moved from the shoulder and litter. If you have holes, fill with another piece of meat, pre flatten hammer. Top stack leaves of mint and parsley, then put the chopped morsels of lamb basket again stack green spices, and put the onion. Salts lines and sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Again meats, spices again, top chopped liver and kidney and still mint and parsley. Turn carefully. Tighten with a thick string. Then turn tight fsunflower with oil and put it in the pan in which you put a little sunflower oil and more water. Bake at not more than 150 C (fan less) for at least 4-5 hours.
