Ingredients
500 g lamb
500 g spinach
50 g butter
1 bunch spring onions
50 g of tomato juice
2 tbsp rice
egg 1
2 tbsp yogurt
pepper
salt
mint
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and put to boil in about 3 liters of water. As a boil add chopped onion, salt, pepper and mint. When the meat is tender add spinach, rice and tomato juice and boil until ready. Yogurt and egg is cooked soup thickener and is added to the already finished soup.
