Lasagna with spinach and mince

Ingredients
1 large onion
500 g spinach (frozen)
2-3 cloves garlic
sunflower oil for frying
500 g minced meat
5 tbsp tomato salsa or sauce
40 g butter
2 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
500 ml milk
200 g feta cheese Gouda
sheet for lasagna

Method
For the filling: defrosted spinach, peel the onions and garlic and cut. In the heated sunflower oil fry the minced meat, add onion and garlic, spinach and creases are added without cut. Finally put salsa and salt and pepper to taste. For the sauce: melted in the butter, add the flour and fry until golden. Slowly add milk, with constant stirring. When the sauce boil add the grated feta cheese Gouda cheese and stir until melted. Put salt and pepper to taste. In a greased baking pan manner of a layer of pre-cooked according to package directions sheet for lasagna. Then pour 1/3 of the sauce and top Spread half of the filling. Again put order sheets, 1/3 of the sauce and the other half of the filling. Place a third row peel and pour the remaining sauce. Top sprinkle grated feta cheese Gouda (maybe cheese) - can put 15-20 minutes after roasting to not burn. Bake in a preheated 200 C oven.
