          2 kg lemons
          2 kg of sugar
          2 tbsp limontozu

          Method
              Lemons are well washed, cut into pieces and put in a saucepan, sprinkle the top with sugar, mix well. Stay 2-3 days, stirring a few times during the day. Then it was ground in a blender, add limontozuto and left for a further 3 days standing. Then strain through cheesecloth and stored in bottles which are kept in the refrigerator. It is used as a refreshing napita as diluted with carbonated water, such as a topping for ice creams of the watering, for the preparation of a lime as diluted with alcohol to the desired degree. Lemon juice is very useful and refreshing in the summer.
