1 cup lentils
250-300 g spinach (dock, salt bush)
3 cloves garlic
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

Cleaned and washed lentils pour with cold water and boiled until almost. Add salt to taste, add chopped onions, garlic and carrots, and the oil. Boil until soft lentils. Ten minutes before the meal to be ready, flavored with other seasonings. Add spinach leaves without cut (if used dock is broken or cut in large pieces). The dish simmer for a few minutes as spinach change color and soften. * Onions and garlic can be replaced with fresh.
