Lever sprouts

Ingredients
340 g sprouts of mung beans (or soy sprouts)
salt
1 clove garlic
1 stalk green onion
100 g cucumber (optional)
1 tsp sesame
1 tsp sesame sunflower oil

Method
Wash the sprouts in cold water and wring them. Put them in a saucepan and add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt. Cover the pan with a lid and let the sprouts to boil on high heat for 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Optional, cut cucumber matches and its add 1/2 tsp salt. Stir and set aside a few minutes. Squeeze excess water from the sprouts and cucumbers and put them in a mixing bowl. Add the finely milled garlic, green onion, 1/2 tsp salt, sesame and sesame sunflower oil. Mix well by hand and serve with rice. * The recipe is Korean.
