Linen pancakes with red pepper

Ingredients
200 g veal
1/2 onion
20 g butter
150 g sour cream
pepper
salt
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
1 egg
1/2 cup (100 g) flour
sunflower oil
30 g fat feta cheese

Method
Finely chopped onion fry in butter until yellowing, add very finely chopped veal, Fry is, sprinkle red pepper, pour broth , add salt and stew until soft. At the end of stew added 50 g cream. Limp meat is mixed with a little sauce to obtain a paste-like mass, and the remainder of the sauce mix with remaining cream. 4 pancakes made from milk, egg, flour and salt, is filled with the mixture, wrap and arrange in a fireproof container. The pancakes are flooded with cream, whipped sauce prepared with red pepper, sprinkle grated feta cheese and bake in a hot oven.
