Little Snails with vegetables and spicy sauce

300 g pasta snails
1 large onion
1 carrot
1 green and red pepper
1 zucchini
5 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
# For the sauce:
150 ml tomato puree
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar (may brown)
2 tbsp white wine
1/2 tsp garlic powder
pepper, salt
# For sprinkling:
100-150 g cheese

Boil pasta in salted water for a few minutes, according to the package instructions. Strain the water, which is boiled immediately pour cold water and re-filtered. Onion cut into crescents, carrot into thin slices, peppers into larger pieces, zucchini slices, which are then halve. In a deep pan, type wok put the oil and when heated, immediately pour the vegetables once. Fry them, stirring constantly about 2-3 minutes. Add the boiled pasta and again stir until well mixed with vegetables. Finally add the tomato sauce - it is made from the products which were previously mixed in a bowl. When the sauce is absorbed by the pasta and vegetables, pan retired from the heat. Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle each serving with grated cheese.
