Liver in Japanese

Ingredients
400 g liver
200 g rice
2 tangerines
1/2 cup peas
soy sauce
fresh milk for marinating
Method
Boil the rice and peas and mix. Marinate in advance for about 1 hour liver with milk in a bowl or pan for about 1 hour and then drain. Cut the liver into small pieces, fry it and then pour the soy sauce and leave it to evaporate completely in the pan. Clean mandarins and divide them into pieces if you remove the skins, remain only the meat and fry them. Put the rice with peas in portion bowl and shaped like a tower, it will be the couch liver. Top put the liver, then arrange and mandarins.
