Marinated wings with cornflakes

1 kg chicken wings
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
spices of your choice (for chicken or other)
2 cup cornflakes
1 and 1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp flour garlic (granular)
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp soy sauce

Wings are washed and placed in a bowl. Pour in the oil, add spices to your taste, paprika and flour garlic. Wings, mix thoroughly by hand, add the soy sauce and again confused. Leave so at least 1-2 hours. Then cornflakes grind with a blender of not very finely. The milled flakes are poured into an appropriate dish. Wings Oval in it and arrange in pan. The oven is preheated to an average temperature. Just before baking tray and pour the chicken broth. Wings ready to bake about 30 minutes.

Have matter what corn flakes used? And you what do you use?

Have matter what cornflakes, because there are such sugar. I use plain cornflakes - natural (no sugar) brand does not really matter, so I will not mention it. The important thing is not sweet :)

These are some of the best (if not the best) chicken wings I have ever eaten in my life! To marinade added a little vegeta, black pepper, white pepper and mustard, also put a little more soy sauce.
Stay 24 hours in the fridge and after them izparzhih (do not Peko! ) The result was phenomenal!
