Mashed potatoes with onion

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
500 g onions
fresh milk
20 g butter
4 yolks
salt
pepper
pinch of nutmeg
Method
The clean potatoes and onions are covered with lightly salted water as to cover, and cook. Once the potatoes and onions are soft, excess water is poured, vegetable smash and add hot milk and the butter and mix everything well. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Before serving, add the beaten yolks and gently mix. Puree is served hot.
