Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
20 g butter
salt
nutmeg
300 g salo
Method
Boiled potatoes with salt smash well, make up some of the water in which they are cooked, and spice butter, salt and little nutmeg. Mashed potato mix with wire until very fluffy. Formed in the plate as smooth pile and covered with pieces of fried salo.
