Meatballs from dock

300 g dock
1 cup rice
3 potatoes
2-3 scallions (maybe garlic)
3 tbsp flour
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper and savory
1 tbsp mint
1/2 head old garlic or a few sprigs of fresh
400 g yogurt
breadcrumbs and / or flour for rolling
sunflower oil

Gets cooked rice. Boil the potatoes. Peel and mash the potatoes and everything to cool. dock is cleaned of stems and of boiling water for 5, at most 10 minutes, pulling and drained good. finely cut onions and parsley mixed with potatoes, rice, docks, the 3 tablespoons flour and spices. If the mixture is too thin, you can add 1 egg. Formed into balls that are rolled in breadcrumbs with flour and leave about 5 minutes to take the flour. Can be rolled and only flour, but then become softer (pictured with flour). Fried in hot sunflower oil until caught crust (about 1-2 minutes). Chopped chopped garlic with a little salt and mix with yogurt. So the resulting sauce * * served with meatballs.
