Meatballs in French

Ingredients
600 g minced meat
1 egg
1 kg onion
60 g butter
1 cup sunflower oil
red pepper, salt
flour
1/2 bunch parsley
5-6 potatoes
250 g cheese

Method
Knead the minced meat with 1 head finely chopped onion, parsley, egg, paprika and salt. Mixture shape 12 balls, roll them in flour and fry in part of the oil. Remaining onion finely chopped, add salt it lightly dusted with flour and fry until golden in the butter and remaining sunflower oil. Subtract it with latticed spoon and leave to drain the fat. In the same fat fried potato, cut a little more finely than usual. Subtract them and mix with roasted onions. In thoroughly greased with sunflower oil rectangular baking dish spread half of mixture and arrange on her meatballs. Cover with remaining mixture and scatter with plenty of grated cheese. Bake in hot oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown catch. Divide the dish into portions that Sprinkle with paprika.
