Meatballs in a pot

Ingredients
2 onions
cumin, pepper
500 g minced meat
flour for rolling
sunflower oil
1-2 peppers
2 carrots
100 g mushrooms
2-3 tbsp butter
200 g sour cream
1 cup bouillon
salt
Method
An onion peel and grate. Kneaded with minced meat, cumin and pepper. Formed into balls, rolled in flour and fry in the oil. Second onion cut into small pieces, cut carrots, peppers, mushrooms and sauté in the butter. In the pot put half of steamed vegetables, then meatballs and vegetables again. Pour in the cream and broth and bake Pohlupen cover moderate oven. * Preset products are for 2 servings.
