Meatballs in pots

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
300 g feta cheese
pepper
mint
tomato juice
spices minced meat - optional
6 eggs
Method
Minced meat is seasoned and mixed by her form 6 balls. Can pre-braised. Placed in each pot 1 meatball, sprinkle with feta cheese, bay with 3-4 tbsp tomato juice, seasoned with mint. Gyuvechetata baked in a hot oven for about 20 minutes, then the temperature is reduced. Clicks are the top 1 egg and continue baking another 5-6 minutes. Instead meatballs can be used sausage - 2 pieces chopped.

I just recorded the recipe in my notebook as such and my friend will definitely try it! Thank you for your add on this site.

I usually prepare them as my stay meatballs from the previous day, but instead put chutney tomato juice.
