500 g minced meat
500 g mushrooms
400 g canned tomatoes
bay leaf, savory, cherren pepper, salt
Mince is cook meatballs by adding spices. Shaped balls are placed in the oven to bake at 220C degrees. Bake until the mushrooms are cut into slices and pickles. In a hot frying pan with sunflower oil to put first mushrooms and after the pickles are ready for a bit. The finished mixture is poured into meatballs and add the can of tomatoes and again in the oven to brown, 10 minutes. In a glass of water blurs 1 tbsp flour which is added to the pan with the meatballs, stir for another 10 minutes in the oven.
