Mini luchnicheta

Ingredients
1 kg readymade dough
4 large onions
salt
savory
pepper
paprika
chilli
colored salt

Method
Onions cut into crescents and fry until soft in sunflower oil . After having finished adding spices. Return to the stove for about 10-15 seconds. The dough is brushed with nice sunflower oil and cut into small balls. Each ball with your hands rolled into rectangles. Then put it on cold filling and rolled up, then the bagel. Sprinkle with colored salt and bake in preheated oven until browned. After baking, sprinkle with a little water to stew. The filling may be replaced with mushrooms, minced meat or another of your choice.
