Ingredients
750 g zucchini
4 eggs
1/2 bunch of dill
4 tbsp (80 ml) vegetable oil
2 cup (400 ml) milk
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Courgettes are peeled and cut into cubes, boil in salted water and drain. Mix with eggs beaten with milk, chopped dill and pepper, pour in the oil and leave on low heat until the sauce thickens. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
