The most delicious chocolate sweets

1 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa (quality)
6 tbsp sugar
8 tbsp butter (about 113 g)
2 tbsp honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
sugar and cinnamon for rolling
In deep bowl consistently put the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and stir. Add slightly softened butter, sugar, honey and egg. The mixture is stirred spoon (maybe crushing by hand). Acquires the consistency of soft dough, which is good to knead 3-4 minutes so that all ingredients be homogenized. Made from a mixture form small balls that are pressed slightly from above. In saucer mix a little sugar and 1-2 tbsp cinnamon (or more as desired). This mixture was rolled beads. Arrange a greater distance from one another in advance littered with kitchen paper tray. The cookies bake in a preheated oven at 190C degrees for about 10 minutes. * From this amount of products I came out 35 cookies.

Mimi are chocolate cookies, which become soft or crunchy, taste no doubt that chocolate temptation.

slightly crunchy on the outside, inside mekichki. Really very very delicious. As disadvantage I can only say that end quickly :) I will soon make mandatory double dose :)

slightly crispy outside and fluffy inside a unique and soft. I personally would add plenty of sugar, but for lovers of cocoa flavor definitely cookies will be exactly the taste. Will definitely make them again.

mimsi I sweet I did twice. The first time I used cocoa Dr Oetker and 1 pm. H. My meal was enough. The second time I decided to make a sweet child cocoa (the one that contains sugar) and I had to put another cup of flour. I was more pleased with the outcome with natural cocoa, sweets themselves have become more fluffy.

A whole cup of flour ?! Obviously really matters cocoa. I always use a Oetker. I like him, and is only good in store cocoa to us :) I make sweet least once a week and required a double dose! Much like us and although become much cum too fast! :)

me you took my sweet 14, the quantity of products obviously do them pretty big :)
