Moussaka broccoli and cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head broccoli
1 large head cauliflower
3-4 tbsp canned tomatoes
oil
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs
200 g yogurt
1 tbsp flour
pikantina, thyme salt

Method
Broccoli and cauliflower florets tear and placed in boiling water for 3 minutes, then removed and watered with cold water. Put into the pre-greased baking dish with olive oil and carefully confused with tomatoes, salt, chopped garlic and pikantinata. Once this is done as a topping stir eggs with yogurt and flour, smoothing well and pour the topping bake at 200C until well browned on top.
