Ingredients
800 g of cauliflower
350 g ham
200 ml milk or yoghurt
3 eggs
100 g butter
150 g grated cheese
pepper, salt

Method
Cauliflower is divided into florets and cooked by steaming or less in salted water. In a greased pan arrange a row of cauliflower rosettes, and above them equal layer sliced ​​ham on it the rest of the cauliflower. Moussaka pour eggs beaten in milk or yoghurt. Top rank butter pieces and everything is covered with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at strong 250C to pinking.
