Moussaka with dry bread

Ingredients
250 g of dry bread
250 g minced meat (mixture)
250 ml milk
100 g feta cheese
2 onions
70 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 tomatoes
1 bunch parsley
pepper
pepper
salt
# TOPPING:
1 tbsp flour
100 g yogurt
3 eggs
30 g butter
cheese 25 g

Method
The bread is cut into small cubes and bake in the oven until golden. Onion stew with the oil and a little water. Add red pepper and minced meat. Stews, stirring, until the meat becomes grain mass. Add bread, tomato paste, half milk, crumbled feta cheese, black pepper, salt, half the parsley (finely chopped). Mix well. At the bottom of the pan or pots placed tomato rings. On them is distributed mixture. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at moderate temperature. Prepare the sauce of flour, yogurt, the rest of the milk, eggs, melted butter, grated cheese and salt to taste. Mix well. Towards the end of baking topping evenly distributed over the mixture. Dopicha at the same temperature. Moussaka served sprinkled with remaining parsley.
