Ingredients
1.5 kg potatoes
3-4 skinless sausages
200 g feta cheese
3 eggs
500 g yogurt
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp soda
salt
pepper
Method
Potatoes cut into cubes and fry. Mix with chopped skinless sausages and crumbled feta cheese and place in a greased baking tray. Other products are mixed and poured over the potatoes. Bake until browned.
