Moussaka with green beans

4 cups frozen green beans
1 tbsp olive oil
500 g minced meat
1 onion
1 clove garlic - crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp oregano
3 cups tomato sauce
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
green onions or leeks
1/2 cup cheese
Boil the green beans. Must remain slightly crunchy. Preheat oven to 180C. Heat the fat and fry until golden mince, garlic and onion. Stew. Add the tomatoes, salt and oregano. Simmer 10 minutes. Put the finished green beans at the bottom of the pan. Top pour the minced meat. Mix the eggs, the feta cheese and cheese, green onions and pour over the mince. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until golden.

instead of tomato sauce I added canned tomatoes. I added to the minced red pepper. Before topping chopped leek rings and put it on top and put the minced meat topping. I made the recipe without cheeses still get a lot better. The recipe is for 4-5 servings.
