Mushroom oladi

Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
1 cup water
2 and 3/4 cup flour
200 g mushrooms mushrooms
onion
parsley
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
sunflower oil for frying

Method
In a bowl mix the water with yogurt. Add the egg and beat with a fork mix. Add salt, chopped onion, parsley, flour, baking soda and mushrooms which are pre-steamed. Mix again and leave the mixture for about 15 minutes to rest. Spoon and put into the heated sunflower oil. Fry until golden, rolling her on both sides. Serve while still warm.
