Mushroom soup

Ingredients
350 g mushrooms
50 g butter
1 liter liquor
100 g cream
1 slice white bread
garlic
parsley
nutmeg
pepper
salt
Method
Rinsed mushrooms cut pieces and fry in butter. Add a little chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, salt, freshly ground black pepper, grated nutmeg and a little stew. The medium of bread soaked in 100 g of broth, was crushed and added to the mushrooms. The mixture was stirred until the bread is comminuted, then poured the broth and boil about quarter of an hour, while the mushrooms soften. Softened mushrooms ground twice with machine for grinding meat or soup mix with a mixer. Heat and put hot cream and chopped parsley.
