Mutton dolmas vine leaves

Ingredients
250 g minced meat mutton
40 grape leaves
120 g rice
1 cup (200 ml) broth
1/4 cup (50 ml) olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
2 onions
1 sprig parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Rinsed vine leaves are placed for 1 minute in boiling water, removed, allowed to drain and dry. Finely chopped onion fry, add the meat, rice, parsley, pepper, salt, fry is, pour broth, add the lemon juice and stew 15-20 minutes. Place the stuffing in the majority of vine leaves is wrapped dolmas, 6 cm long. Other grape leaves are placed in oiled container and arrange on top the dolmas. Mix tomato paste with 1/4 cup (50 ml) of water, add olive oil, Heat, stir well, the dolmas are watered and sauté on low heat for about an hour. Serve warm.
