Method
Nettle is cleaned, washed and chopped. Put it in boiling water, together with chopped mint, lovage, and boil for about 10 minutes. Then drain and creases. In court stew chopped onions with the oil and when soft add the flour. Pour 1 cup of water and stirred until the mixture is homogenous. Add nettles, add salt a little, and make up with water to desired consistency. As a boil add beaten egg and leave it for about 10 minutes of stirring the fire. Crumbed feta cheese can be added to the court after the mess cool slightly, or on any portion before serving and.

Bravo Maggie, do such a mess, but instead of water put milk and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to taste before they brought it.

This is also a good idea, I propose options I know from my mother, thank you!

When you put the flour and add 1 tsp paprika. Winter can also be cheese served with bacon.

I've never makes a mess of nettles (and we had not eaten). We are very pleased with the result! And tasty snack!

Rennie, now is the season of nettles, very nice picture, thank you!

long search for a recipe with which to get away from the standard *nettle rice* or *nettle soup.* Prefer nettles than any other spring greenery, and in this version is particularly delicious. Except flour, for better density, added two boiled and mashed potatoes to the mess.

is Beautiful! :) This time I made it with milk and without egg. Furthermore I added cheese and chopped walnuts. Very tasty!
