Nikulden roll of fish

800 g of hake, beard or other fish without head
150 g onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 eggs
100 g walnuts
1/2 bunch parsley
2 slices white bread
25 g cheese
3 tbsp (30 ml) white wine
250 g red tomatoes
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
500 g potatoes
15 g butter
75 g lemon
Fish is boned and grind. Add salt and pepper to taste, 1 raw egg and bread soaked and squeezed. Spread on cheesecloth in the form of a rectangle. At one end lengthwise put prefabricated stuffing of stewed onion slices and chopped walnuts, some red tomatoes and parsley. Turn to roll. Smeared with raw egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Place in a greased baking tray with butter and bake in a moderate oven. Prepare sauce fat part of tomatoes, flour and wine, flavor and strain. The roll is served warm, cut into slices and served with boiled potatoes, splashed with butter and a slice of lemon.
