Oatmeal cookies in Scottish

Ingredients
90 g of oatmeal
1/4 cup (50 g) flour
30 g feta cheese
yolk 1
2 tbsp (20 ml) milk
50 g butter
pinch of salt
1/2 packet of baking powder
Method
Mix oats, flour, grated feta cheese, salt and baking powder, add the butter and all creases. Then slowly pour the milk, knead dough and roll it into a thin layer. With a small cookie cutter to cut circles and each is divided into four. The edges are coated with egg yolk. Cookies bake in oven until golden yellow.
