Octopus with pasta

Ingredients
1 kg octopus
1 cup olive oil
4 tbsp vinegar
2 onions
3 bay leaf
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic
3 ripe tomatoes, minced meat
2 tbsp tomato paste
pasta (macaroni) of your choice

Method
Clear octopus thoroughly, wash it and we cut into pieces about 2 cm. In a suitable pan add chopped Luki and octopus stew with a little water until octopus change color, and the onions become crystal color. Then add vinegar, all spices, water and boil over low heat until soft octopus. The boiling sauce valley from boiling water and then add the pasta and, following the instructions for cooking (usually 8-10 minutes) and boil mobilized fire, careful to remain without water, ie the pasta is cooked and has absorbed all the liquid. Vegan and tasty dish for lovers of seafood.
