Omelet with red peppers and tomato

Ingredients
8 red peppers from a jar (2 per portion)
3-4 tomatoes
8 eggs
200 g feta cheese
sunflower oil for frying
parsley
Method
Peppers cut chop the tomatoes cleaned of seeds and also finely. Vegetables mixed with eggs, stirred nice. The mixture was divided into 4 portions and each individually be fried in a heated sunflower oil. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and folded in two. Sprinkle with parsley.
