Omelette with tomatoes

Ingredients
8 eggs
6 tbsp (60 ml) sunflower oil
4 tomatoes
pepper
salt
Method
Tomatoes are steamed in boiling water, peel, cut into very small pieces, add salt, add is pepper and fry in 1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil. Eggs are broken down very well with salt and fry 4 omelet. When the surface begins to solidify on each omelet is placed corresponding part stewed tomatoes and doizparzhvat.
