Ingredients
1 egg
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 cup lard
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 vanilla
1-2 tbsp yogurt
pinch of soda bread
pinch ammonia soda
flour for soft dough

Method
Quench is soda in yogurt, the lard melts. Mix the egg with the sugar. All products knead soft dough. Extruded onto greased or littered with cooking paper tray. Bake until slightly pink, almost white. Or decorate with icing sugar or melted chocolate.
