Pancake bundles stuffed with apples

Ingredients
# For the pancakes:
250 g flour
500 ml milk
3-4 eggs
2 pinches salt
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 vanilla
1 tbsp sunflower oil
20 g butter
# For the filling:
3-4 apples
2-3 tbsp sugar
cinnamon
20 g butter
orange juice
ground walnuts
long jelly for tying

Method
Pancakes: flour put in a deep dish. Make a well in it and pour eggs beaten in advance. Pour slowly half milk beats 2-3 minutes to produce a smooth mixture. Add the salt, the oil, melted butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour the second half of the milk. The mixture was capped and allowed to stand for half an hour or so, and perhaps 1 hour at room temperature. Then fry pancakes in a standard way, each baked smeared with butter. Filling: The apples are peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into cubes. In saucepan put the butter to melt and add the apple cubes, sugar, cinnamon and sauté over low heat until the apples soften and start banging. Then added and the juice from the orange and ground walnuts. Stew is still quite a bit and the filling is ready. Allow to cool. Once the filling is cold take a pancake in the middle put a spoonful of stuffing with apples and the edges are raised and tied as a bundle. For fruit set of bundles can be used for many jelly beans and another of your choice.
